In 1952 the College built a new library building, and additions to the original library building occurred in 1977 and in 2003. With the completion of the 2003 addition, the facility was named the Raether Library and Technology Center.

Visitor's Policy

Trinity College Library’s collections and facilities are primarily for the use of Trinity College students, faculty, staff, and CTW Consortium members.  The Library also allows academic researchers and students not affiliated with Trinity College access to its collections and equipment. As a member of the Federal Depository Library Program, the Library welcomes visitors who wish to use material distributed by the Government Printing Office.

All visitors are required to adhere to the following policies:

The Library reserves the right to deny access to persons who fail to adhere to the above policies or in any other way infringe upon the priority access of Trinity College students, faculty, and staff.  Those questioning any of this policy should contact Dr. Richard Ross, the College Librarian.
