The Cultural Policy and the Arts National Data Archive contains about 200 datasets having to do with public policy and the arts.  Students and faculty in sociology, political science, and anthropology who are interested in the social side of the arts should find these datasets very useful for secondary research.

You can browse datasets by title, topic, or state.  Once you find a dataset of interest, CPANDA offers the data in a downloadable format for SPSS or Stata.  You can also opt to analyze the data online or simply browse the easy-to-read codebooks,
