Music & Media houses all of the library's sound and video collections on level 1 of the LITC. The media circulation and reserve desk is open during the same hours as the main collections. Borrowing

All formats in the Media collections may circulate to members of the Trinity community. Generally, students may check out CDs for one week, and videos for 3 days. Faculty have longer loan periods. Reserve items are restricted to 2- and 3-hour loans. Please consult the circulation policy handbook for complete information.

Guests are welcome to use media materials within the library in exchange for a picture ID.

Media materials may also be lended to CTW consortium member libraries, but are not eligible for Interlibrary Loan.

If you believe you have been charged a media library fine in error, please print and fill out a fine dispute form, then return it to the Media Circulation desk within 14 days.

If you wish to dispute a fine for a media item, pleaseand return it to the Music & Media circulation desk.
