Hartford Studies Project Images
These 250 images were selected from the Hartford Studies Project's collection of 3000 photographs documenting Hartford's history since the 1880s. The photographs available here are copies of originals held by the Hartford Collection of the Hartford Public Library; many are from the Hartford Times, which donated its photograph collection to the library when it stopped publishing in the 1970s. By agreement with the Hartford Public Library, these images are available to Trinity users for research and teaching purposes.
The photographs are divided by topic; bear in mind that there may be some overlap.
